Escape

I have always loved to travel. I am lucky enough to have been given the chance to visit so many places since I was a little girl and I hope to carry on in such manner. I have a love for experiencing other culture which I think has stemmed from my study of language and my extensive reading of travel magazines which one day I would love to write for. This is just a little personal post of an insight of the places I would love to travel as I grow older

Barcelona (I get to go here next year eek!)

Quebec - At the moment this is where I would like to spend my year abroad in university, it would be such a good opportunity

Papua new Guinea

 Stockholm
 kuala Lumpur

 Lourdes

There are obviously many more from the likes of Australia to Amsterdam. I especially hope to travel a lot of France, hopefully while on my year abroad at university. Anyway, I hope you enjoyed this little insight into my pending travels, for now I'll just have to hope I can visit all of these places! If you enjoy travel or even just reading about it and discovering new places I really suggest you read wanderlust or lonely planet, so many amazing things in both magazines. If you don't want to travel before reading them, you will afterwards.

I'm thinking about doing a run down of all of my previous visits to Paris and my recommendations of what to see and do, let me know if you're interested x

Sex and the city - Carrie Bradshaw appreciation

From watching Sex and the city box set from the start (I've always loved the film but never actually seen the series) I am falling more and more in love with Carrie Bradshaw. People tend to brand Sarah Jessica Parker as 'ugly', but seeing her as Carrie, she's grown on me so much. I think its more the character I love more than SJP. I'm only up to episode 9 of series one but I absolutely looovvvve it so far. The lifestyle is presented as so hard yet so perfect, so isn't too far from reality, as I find with shows such as the modern 90210 and Gossip Girl.
The thing I love most about watching older series is the magnificent clothes they wear. Obviously strongly present in SATC but also in shows such as Friends. (If you haven't seen either, you have not lived.)

P.s I'd like to say thank you to Laura for tagging me with the leibster award, I appreciate it so much! I just don't feel my blog is up to any sort of standard for that and would much prefer for someone else to receive it. Definitely check out her blog though, it's far from cliché fashion blog , I personally loved the university series and found it helped a lot! xox

Recommendations - Nail Varnish

I never ever used to use nail varnish, I always used to think it looked all tacky and awful and just not nice, however when my boyfriend bought me a set I started using them and now I never have unpainted nails. I'm not big on nail art, as to be honest I just find it too much effort, however I love matte colours that just set of your nails and make them look really pretty.
I don't really have a favourite brand of nail varnish as I just go into say boots or superdrug and browse until I find a colour that I like regardless of it's brand. Essie of course are a lovely brand and their colours are so well ranged and fantastic quality, but sometimes I find the pricing a bit stretched and I manage to find an equally good nail varnish for a little less of the brand.
Here are my top ten personal favourites:
Blues -I really like blues and this Barry M one is lovely, it goes with pretty much everything and is really matte. Barry M is such a good brand for nail varnish and such good value for money. The other is a H&M polish, it does take a couple of layers to build up but it's a gorgeous powdery blue colour and in certain lights it has a shimmer.

Naturals -  This nude shade is so nice, I thought it would be too plain but it's so pretty and subtle and also really shiny and gives your nails a really healthy look and sheen. The grey was from one of those Christmas sets you get, but it's such a good nail varnish, it's so matte and dries so quickly. If yo have any recommendations of a grey which I can purchase once this one runs out please let me know :). Finally, everybody needs a black nail varnish, and I wouldn't buy any other but this one. Yes essie is a little pricey, but the quality is so good. It's rare that a black nail varnish only needs one coat, but this one does.

Glitter  -  The first one is lovely, I got it for Christmas time but I have worn it loads since. The second one I picked up in Sephora, it's honestly amazing, it looks so great on colours like gold and silver. I love glitter nail varnish but they are a total nightmare to get off, any tips?

Reds - I'm not actually a big fan of red nail varnish, but this burgundy berry colour is much more me. The coral was a purchase for my holiday, it's one of Primark's which have pleasantly surprised me; they dry quickly and are long lasting. The last is a lovely pastel orange colour which weirdly goes with everything I wear, I think it's by Miss Sporty.
I've been going through a really awful and difficult time recently and I have had personal issues that have just made me want to do anything but blog. I'm not going to go into the things that happened but on the surface I just hit a point where everything around me just crumbled down all at once. I think this happens to everybody at least once. I am slowly feeling better and trying to get myself back on track. I have some posts lined up and I'm back xox

Natural

Nude is timeless and so so so pretty. It's so feminine, even an all nude outfit can work. I'm typing this with nude painted finger nails hehe. Any way yes, I love anything in natural tones and I just think it looks so soft and effortless.

Sixth Form experience

If you're reading my blog and preparing to go to sixth form in September, here is a short run through of my experience there and some advice that I think is a little helpful.
First off, this is about sixth form, not college. Sixth forms are very different environments as they usually have a much smaller student count and have different atmospheres. So yes, this is about sixth form.
I started sixth form in Durham in September 2010 and I studied English Language, French and Media, all of which I had previously studied at school. I went with four of my friends and then by the end of this year there was only 3 of us. Sixth form is not for everybody, it's very hard and a huge jump from GCSE. However, one thing that's wrong is when teachers at school warn you that you wont receive help from your teachers at a level, and it's all very independent, because yes, you are treat like an adult and given a lot of independent work but do not be afraid to ask for help, you're still only sixteen year old and you may be studying something that's brand new, don't be afraid to be totally clueless about something, as it's likely that around 10 other people in the class are feeling the same.
There will be times when you pretty much break down, you will feel as though you are in far too deep and that you just cannot do it any-more and that you aren't clever enough, but don't quit because quitting is lame. Actually having survived the two years, me Laura and Elliot felt we had achieved something.
I'm not going to say everything will be okay and sixth form is all nice and happy and yey, because it's not. It's hard work, lack of sleep, bus rides at 7.30am on winter mornings, heavy file carrying, meeting a lot of people you wont get on with, and sometimes feeling unhappy. However, you will benefit so much from the experience, you're independence develops and your ability improves massively, in anything you do. As  long as you are prepared to be devoted then you will succeed I guess. You will meet lovely new people, and at the same time learn to tolerate and work with those who perhaps you would have just ignored in school. You will grow up a lot, and you will change and it may cause clashes between old friends, as they may be developing in different manners and ways, or as I found with some of my old friends; not developing at all.

When you start you can study 4 A levels, or my sixth form offered a few B-tec courses. I only studied three as there was nothing in the fourth option column which I even wanted to study. Most people drop down to 3 throughout the year then most definitely in year 13. In year 13 you actually realise how easy year 12 was and you are really pushed to your limits. My subjects fell together quite nicely as media was relevant in english language, and you need developed writing skills for media, then I was able to tie my French studies in with my media A2 coursework. It is a good idea to pick subjects that have even just a slight correlation in my opinion.

A levels are not easy going, and those two years will change you so much, but it's probably one of the best choices you could make. I'm (hoping) to go to uni this september to study French and Spanish at either Northumbria or Leeds (I havent quite decided yet, although Leeds is my first choice) so wish me luck xox

What's in my Make up bag

A quick run through of the make up I am most likely to use on a day to day basis, and carry around with me when I go out in a small cosmetic bag.
I love now that I have finished college I can take time with my makeup, cause to be honest making my pores less visible was the last thing on my mind when I was getting up at 6am feeling like absolute crap.  These are just the items I carry around with me and am most likely to use daily, if you have any alternatives or some cheaper versions of the benefit items I would love to know, as even though their products are lovely (even the packaging) they are quite pricey. I have posted about the They're Real mascara before as it's the best mascara I have ever used, so a slightly cheaper alternative would be great if it matches the quality.

Mac Favourites

Despite loving Mac's products, I don;t actually own that many or shop there that often. I never risk purchasing make-up online and so I buy my products from either Fenwicks' or House of Fraser's Mac concession. These are the things that I do own, I really think Mac lipsticks are up there with the best in particular their matte range, which is where the lip conditioner comes in especially handy as they can be prone to dry out your lips. I have never actually used any form of face make up by mac as I am so scared to change from my normal (the Perfection Lumière by Chanel). My skin is normal and so I would love some recommendations as of where to start with the mac range xox

WISHLIST- Cath Kidston

My 18th birthday is coming up soon and I would love some of Cath Kidston's things. They're just so cute and pretty, so many highstreet shops have taken on her ideas and I don't even mind. Floral is timeless and it will always be linked to Cath Kidston. The shop in York is like a wonderland, it's my mine and my mam's favourite place to visit when we're in York, even if we just go in to look!

Review - Sleek Cosmetics

Sleek is a brand which I have loved for a long time. The first product I purchased was a red lipstick and since buying it I have never gone back. I love the matte black packaging, and the prices are absolutely fantastic. I am particular about make-up and I do mostly prefer higher end brands, especially for face make-up and mascara. However I can't stress enough the quality of sleek. Their eye shadow palettes are wonderful and their brow kit is another favourite of mine.
In my latest purchase from their website I bought these items

1. Blush in coral. I have a couple of other blushes from sleek and I like this one just as much. They are all toned colours that don't lie too heavy on your face. They stay on for a long time too.
2. Contour kit. This is available in 3 shades. I got medium and it's so handy. The dark side is very pigmented so I only use a very slight amount on my contouring brush, but it creates a really nice look and gives my cheekbones the structure that they lack.
3. Palette - V2. The colours are so matte, I've used every single one of the colours and you honestly only need the tiniest amount and they are so long lasting. You can get the V1 palette too, but for me they were just a little to bright.
4. Glisten me highlighter. I use a small amount on my nose and just on the brim of my cheekbones, it gives the skin a natural glow without looking overly shiny and shouting 'hey every body look at my glowing skin' as I have found with other liquid illuminators.
Blush in coral - £4.30
Contour kit - £6.50
Palette - Ultra Mattes V2 - £7.00
Glisten Me - £5.29

when this post goes onto my feed, I'll be in Ibiza, still some posts scheduled until I return! xox

Holiday fever -what's in my suitcase - summer soundtrack

I couldn't imagine sunbathing without my iPod, I actually find sunbathing extremely boring so I'm secretly excited to be going on holiday with my little cousins who with probably wanting to go swimming and build lots of sandcastles for most of the time. When I do sunbathe I like to make sure I have a playlist so I can just relax and not have to keep looking at my iPod and skip songs until I get to one that I really want to listen to.
Songs that have made it onto my play list this year include

Holiday Fever - what's in my suitcase- Time to shine

On the night times of your trip you want to look nice, but also incorporate your style which you would usually wear at home, which is sometimes difficult as studs leather and skulls don't tend to fall hand in hand with Spanish weather. My mam spends so much time telling me off for wearing too much black, and in her defence about 60% of my wardrobe is black. I'm only taking one black dress on holiday, it's one of the dresses which Topshop released in a range of colours with a lace sheer waistband (I'm sure you know what I mean) but you can't deny that black can show off a tan just as well as white does. I also love lace and always have, especially lace pieces which have embroidered features on, making the white lace skirt I am taking perfect.

Holiday Fever - what's in my suitcase- à la plage

How bad is the first day on the beach, stripping down to your bikini next to everyone else who seems to be about 400 shades darker than you. You feel so naked and pale. I always take a range of bright coloured bikinis as I think that the colours can really set off your tan and make you feel better on the beach. Primark this year has been so good for swimwear, and it's such a good price to pay. I always take some cover ups as sometimes it's nice to wear them if you're going shopping or for a little wander along the beach, or if some kind of ridiculously hot girl sits next to you and you all of a sudden feel like flubber. This year I have tried to stay with the bandeau shape as it's the best bikini to avoid unattractive strap marks.
My picks for this years holiday :

Red ruffle - river island 2011
Floral - New Look -Kelly Brook collection
Paisly - Primark -unsure of price
Polka dot -George at asda - unsure of price
Floral -Topshop -around £20 for the set

Some people feel too conscious to bare all in a bikini but this year in particular I have noticed some lovely costumes in the shops. Once over costumes were all adidas and frumpy, but now New Look and Topshop are selling some lovely ones. I must say I don't often shop in new look any more, however it's my every year go-to for swim wear.

Floral- £45 New look
Polka Dot -£8 New look
Block colour - £32 Topshop
Palm print - £35 Topshop
Graphic - £35 Topshop

Holiday Fever - what's in my suitcase- essential toiletries

As my holiday is finally in sight, I have decided to to a post about what's in my suitcase. I leave on Friday, just a family holiday but still lovely to escape the constant soggy gloom which seems to be upon us for the long haul here in the UK.

First of all - Toiletries.
Now, for me, I find it essential to make many lists before packing my suitcase otherwise I feel all in a tizzy about what I have got and what I haven't. My Mam has always been the kind of person to take every imaginable type medication/toiletries available so I have her to thank -or loathe- for my obsessive need.
Obviously there are the things I don't need to mention, the likes of deodorant and moisturiser. But here are the things I couldn't go without:
1. Tinted moisturiser or BB cream- such a good alternative if you aren't confident enough to face the beach without foundation, in particular BB cream if you pick up one with UV protection. Also great for a night time, as with a sun kissed glow your usual foundation may feel slightly heavy.
2. Dry oil suntan lotion - Argue with me that this isn't the best creation yet. No one enjoys applying suntan lotion, having to rub it into your skin and feeling all wet and sticky- no thank you. Dry oil sun lotion allows quick and easy application (also with no effort but a finger to press the sprayer), however it builds up such a good tan as it's a kind of oil. It comes in up to about factor 30 too, so it has all of the benefits of using oil, without feeling all slippery and the dangers of burning.
3. Aloe Vera gel- cooling and pro-longs your tan.
4. Burt's bees bees wax lip balm- I get really dry lips on holiday, and this is my personal favourite product to avoid it.
5. sea salt hair product- great to carry around in your bag as you can just spray it on after you have been in the sea or pool and your hair dries with a natural wave. It's also lovely to spray on after a shower.
6. exfoliater - Skin tans much better after ex-foliating!
7.sun protection shampoo and conditioner - stop your hair going dry, as it's just as important to protect your hair as it is your skin.
8. eye brightener- after staying up late your eyes may seem slightly dark, eye brightening gel uplifts your eye area and makes you feel more awake. Great for going to breakfast, which always ends stupidly early.
9. dry shampoo - essential!
10. Body Butter- So lovely to apply after a cooling shower. Pair with this and your ex-foliated skin and you will get a lovely tan.

My personal choices:
Maybelline BB cream -£7.99 at boots
Hawaiian Tropic dry oil spray - £3.99 at Home Bargains (so much more expensive in boots!)
Hawaiian Tropic Aloe after sun gel £3.99 at Home Bargains
Burt's Bees with Acai Berry - £3.69 (RRP) http://www.burtsbees.co.uk/
Label M sea salt spray - £12.25 Toni&Guy
St Ives scrub - £5.09 at Superdrug
Charles Worthington - £1.99 (travel size) at Superdrug
Eye revitaliser - £11.00 at Body Shop
Dry Shampoo cherry- £2.99 at boots
Satsuma body butter - £12.50 (lasts ages) at Body Shop

Ready to go

After a very long time, I'm finally in the mood to get back to blogging. So much went on and I just lost the with of doing anything. I,m not going to dwell on anything, as things are slowly starting to get better and for some reason today I just got the urge to make a post. So without further ado, I'm just going to start off making some pretty run of the mill posts and try and really make something out of it this time.

Saturday 12 May 2012

Another break-from-revision post except this time I'm typing on my new iPad, yey. I know some people see them as pointless, which I once did, but I've been considering investing in one since about before Christmas and I'm so glad I got one. I figured it will be really useful for university (if I go) as they are so versatile and light weight.
I don't really have much to say as I have pretty much done nothing except go to the gym, work, hang out with dan, eat pizza and make a 3D jigsaw owl with him.
I have been over playing the Maccabees most recent album 'given to the wild'. I absolutely love it, and I've always liked the Maccabees but I've definitely become more accustomed to them as they have grown (I like wall of arms much more than colour it in).
I wanna show you a picture of that owl I made cause it took ages and I want to share my hard work xxx but it's upstairs, and I am not, so let's just leave that be.
Any way here are some things that are making me happy on this nice and sunny -for once- saturday in Newcastle (including my favourite maccabees songs)

This stuff is so nice, I love it. I love pointless nice cute stuff. I have a keyring 'The sheep of destiny' and a birthday card which I got about 3 year ago but I keep it up in my room. It's by Edward monkton and I don't really know how to describe it. It's all just kind of silly but nice. Look at his site and I am sure you will understand.

Breakfast at Tiffany's is on my TV at the moment and it's making me happy

Tuesday 8 May 2012

I love candles and these are most amazing ones I have ever owned. Obviously yankee candles are lovely but I find them to be really pricey, and to be honest I would rather spend my money on clothes, that £18 cold buy me something that isn't going to burn away within 3 weeks. But these, I don't even know what they smell like, they literally smell like angels and fairy dust. I'm not sure if they are available to buy anywhere, as my Mam got me them when she went on her annual spa trip last October. She's going again this year so I will deffo get her to gets me some more
Strawberry nails, yey. I can never be bothered to do nail art and let's be honest it's stupidly hard, but I saw this idea and I tried it and it looks kinda messy but oh well, I like strawberries.
so excited about the things that are currently on their way to me in the post

Taking a break from cramming for my exam tomorrow. I took the day off college today, which to be honest I don't feel that bad about as I finished at half 12 anyway. So stupid how wound up I am about this exam, I don't even usually stress about them at all but I think it's just the fact that it's a speaking exam, any one that has studied language, even at GCSE, will know how awful it is :(
I keep stopping every now and then to drink coffee/green tea and listen to music. Here are some of the tracks I have been listening to (and using as motivation)

Sunday 6 May 2012

Making a post when I should be speaking French non stop, as my oral exam is upon me in the mere distance that is the elevenses of Wednesday. I am absolutely dreading it. I am just comforting myself with the thought of how quickly those deathly 15 minutes will time out.
I went shopping on Friday for the first time with my mam and in was really nice, I got so many things and didn't feel guilty about having things bought for me. Firstly, if you ever shop in the metro centre please go in Boux Avenue. When it first opened (next to la senza and Ann summers....) I was apprehensive as to why it was needed however it is the cutest shop ever. All of the underwear is placed in little draws which you get to open and search yourself, the staff service is excellent too and they have the nicest stock, it's not too pricey either. I also got some new perfume, some new jeans and a new dress and a pair of the nude Vectras. Oh and a hair band.

Wearing the benefit mascara, if you knew how shit my lashes usually look, you would understand.

I am going out tonight in Newcastle with my best friend Laura and maybe a couple of others, I plan to remain civilised as last time I went out I got stupidly drunk and ended up throwing up in the middle of the o2 academy. yep. I am really excited and I am going to wear just a plain zip up black body con I got a while ago from H&M with a black and white stripy blazer.
Also, lastly, I just want to say I know own the most amazing mascara. Benfit's 'They're Real'. I have crappy short thin eyelashes and I hate mascaras that just clump and make you look like you fall hand in hand with a pair or concealer lips. So after reading about this on skullsandrosesxo blog I went out and purchased it, and oh my god. Thank you is all I have to say.

I need to go and revise how to talk about racism in France. But the Big Bang Theory is on :(

Sunday 29 April 2012

My blog is so deserted. I have no time for doing nice pointless little things, that you don't realise you enjoy doing until you aren't able to. I'm counting down the weeks that I have to endure the hello hole whirlwind that is sixth form. 5 weeks until study leave. 7 weeks two days until my last exam.
I have never liked sixth form, not because of the stress and hard work, because that obviously comes with any sort of study, no matter where you do it. But I just don't fit in there, so luckily I have little time left
Everything for university is sorted and I am kind of just looking over it and not thinking about it. There is still about 50% of me that doesn't even really want to go to university but I would feel like I was letting people down if I didn't. I also have no clue what I'd do if I didn't go, I suppose I would just have to find myself a full time job for a couple of years in order to make up some savings before we move to Paris.
I just need to stop over thinking.
My French oral exam is next week and I am dreading it, we haven't even completed the course so you can imagine my fear. On a better note I can now talk about the environment, nuclear energy, racism, immigration and crime in french.....yey.....I bet that comes in handy.
I don't think I have any particular photographs to post, so here are some things that are making me happy at the moment.
Soap and Glory lipstick. What more could you even want. I love all soap and glory products and live by the 'Scrub your nose in it cleanser'. I recommend this lipstick, the packaging is lovely and the lipstick is really creamy and pigmented, it doesn't dry my lips out like a lot of lipsticks do (especially MAC, which also look like little dildos)

When I'm revising (which obviously I am doing a great deal of at the moment) I like to just run dvds in the background so I have gotten out my friends box set. The clothes they wear in the early series are amazing. Lots of graphic prints, vintage denim and crop tops.

Me and Daniel watched this recently and I really enjoyed it. Again the fashion is wonderful and it only makes me want to live in a different time. It's based on the mod vs rocker situation, the cinematography is fantastic and it keeps you gripped. The girl is a bit of an annoying berk, but wars lovely red lip stick.

A bag organiser. What more do I even need to say.

Dan let me buy sims pets to play on his xbox which is great and I appreciate a lot

Me and lau to finish the post

Wednesday 8 February 2012

Today was nice
I don't know why, it just felt nice
I feel happy. Although my mam bought me a new quilt and I don't like it because it feels like plastic and I feel like im sleeping in a packet of crisps :(
My shorts that I ordered came today and they are lush so yeah there's that. I can't think of anything else to say
I keep having proper crazy dreams, so clear and nice, they are just like real life. I love real life. I love reality. I really hate it when I see people say ''I wish life was like the movies'' or ''why isn't life like a Disney film''. Why would you want that, why would you only want to experience controlled emotion, and be content for such a long period of time. In real life you can never truly find a happy ending because no matter how happy you think you are there is something that can make your life better. Why would you want a cut off point, a point which defines your life. Fate is the best part of life, although it defies my original opinion in a sense, I mean it like, you aren't in control everything is still a surprise and that just makes everything better

It's too late to explain my thoughts with good reason and actually make sense
Nevermind

Monday 6 February 2012

Almost finished my research paper now, it has to be handed in tomorrow. It's just first draft though and I know I am going to have to make a lot of improvements. It's really hard and it's making me sad :(
I really want a good mark on it, a high A is what I really want. I got an A* with full marks on my practical piece (the magazine which I posted a while ago while I had only done half of it)
Here it is finished (obviously it looks a lot better printed on A4 glossy paper, but you get it.)
I am so happy with how it came out.

I am really tired now crey
just wanna go sleep.

Sunday 5 February 2012

Okay I have done both of my english coursework pieces, painted my nails, hoovered, and done 1600/2000 words for my media coursework.
Having a break at the moment because my brain is like overloading. I'm looking on Sephoras website at things I want to buy next week in Paris. I know you can buy online/ buy most of the stuff here, but it's nicer when you buy it there. I want some more benefit things and some of the little sephora nail varnishes. I would like a Mac blusher too. I think this is the main stuff I'm going to buy when I'm there, I might buy some little things, 'gifty things' but I don't need much else, no clothes or anything cause I was there not so long ago. I just like being there and walking around the city.
Why is buying makeup so nice, you always feel like a new person when you get something new. When I buy a new lipstick I honestly feel like I have a changed life and feel the need to become a better person....what is that about.
These are the things I want, and I'll probably end up buying more.
1.Maniac Long Wearing Lipstick
2.Moonshadow Baked Palette - In The Nude
3.Calm One Calm All® Bubble Bath
4.Prisma Chrome Eyeshadow
5.Nail Lacquer in - Teenybikini

got a huge list of things to do today and I'm ticking them off as I go along, feel quite good at the minute and just need to get on with the most important things in my life. Some people seem to forget their priorities. They find happiness in something and get totally lost in the moment, it results in lack in care for other things, and in the worse cases failure. You shouldn't get caught up in one thing. Your life should be a balance of what you want to do and what you need to do, for others and yourself. In the end all of those little things will come together and you'll realise that you are happier than you were with the one thing you gave everything up for, but you need to realise it before it's too late.
Education (if you're in it of course) should always be a priority. Especially now, sixth form and uni, because we choose to be there, no one is making us do this. Don't stop trying, or forget that you need to try, because in the end you will fuck yourself over so much. You might not be happy doing what you're doing, but you chose it, so complete it.
You're so content that even when you actually do step out of your happiness zone, to do one of the things you have given up on, you do it half heartedly and it's very unfair.

...so that's that. No one will really understand the stem of this, except me and maybe my boyfriend because I talk to him about it. But it will still make sense. It's really important to me and I'm so glad I've been made aware of this without having done it myself. I've seen it too many times and I'm seeing it again now. It's one of the worst mistakes a young person can make.

Anyway I gunna carry on with the things I need to do today, including
English coursework
Media coursework
Other English coursework
Go to the gym
Do some research for french
paint my nails (lame but w.e white gurl probs)
Hoover my room
Sort some things out for Paris - I go next sunday
Find my memory stick. why don't I just put it in a safe place

Drinking kusmi detox tea to help me get through it and eating fruit salad.  Eating healthily makes everything better and a lot easier. I sleep better think better and over all feel better. I haven't eaten unhealthy since christmas day. It wasn't a new years resolution or anything, just a decision. Oh to finish: My tie dye t shirt that I ordered before christmas arrived this week. Late delivery. But i don't even care cause it's soooo nice. Ok, that's it now. Need to work again. xxx
